Disabilities might include, but are not limited to, heart problems, difficulty with mobility, strokes, social isolation, Parkinson's disease, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, depression, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, or early to middle stage Alzheimer disease.

A negative chest x-ray, within six months of admission, is required. Basic health monitoring such as blood pressure checks and weights are provided. Prescriptions will be given according to physicians' orders and under direct supervision of a staff member. Individuals who need help with eating, walking or use of the restroom, will be assisted with the utmost attention given to preserve dignity and promote independence.
